Quantitative Systematic Trading Internship: Summer 2025

Job Description

Overview
Our Quantitative Systematic Traders combine the skills of quantitative research with the knowledge of trading to develop new electronic strategies and monitor real-time performance. As a true hybrid of our core disciplines, Quantitative Systematic Traders are constantly communicating and connecting ideas between trading, technology, and quantitative research.

As a Quantitative Systematic Trading Intern at Susquehanna, you will work on projects that model the work of our full-time employees. You will also go through a comprehensive education programme and interact with mentors who are at the top of their field, allowing you to build foundational knowledge in quantitative finance. Education topics include an introduction to options pricing, exposure to our proprietary data sets, and opportunities to practice data analysis techniques. You will have the opportunity to practice making trading decisions in a simulated trading environment.
